Help please!

Okay, I know this isn't in the right section of eFestivals, I don't really know where to put this.

my girlfriend messed up and ended up getting 2 tickets for Bon Iver in France and 3 tickets for Blackpool.

we're going to go to Blackpool, but we need to send the Paris tickets back and haven't a clue how to do this. 

Anyone have any experience with this?

if you got them through a ticket agency can't you sell them back ?

I believe so, I've got 10 days to sort it apparently. I bought them through a French ticket agency called fnac, I've never heard of them and they're surprisingly difficult to get hold of if you don't speak French

They're an established chain, including travel agencies and a bit like an upmarket whsmith too.

Google 'fnac ticket return' and you end up with various pages, including this one - http://www.fnactickets.com/editorial.do?page=cgv

It looks like you can't cancel them. Try a post in the tickets thread on this site or an ethical reseller?

If the telephone number below is correct ask 'parlez-vous anglais s'il-vous plaît? Je veux retourner quelques billets et annuler la commande, pour Bon Iver, c'est possible? La reference est XXX?' Where XXX is your reference number.
