Islands in the Stream trilogy !!!

I honestly thought nothing would top Ray Davies for me and about half way through Bazza yesterday I thought wow this is good.

Then came Islands in the stream, The Saturday Night Fever medley as we were moving from the left to the right of the field to make a quick exit for Haim.

That walk through the field seeing it alive with fun, dancing and laughter is something I won't forget. 

Words had me in tears and then the jacket for tragedy just topped it, best legends slot ever ! 

He seemed to be genuinely loving it and blown away by the reception he got, a very humble man considering he's wrote some of the greatest songs of all time

Now go get Elton please Emily and Michael !!!!

apart from the foos Saturday night Barry was the best and to follow with Chic just brill... I even watched Jamie Cullam and thought he was great too... from an old head banger I was surprised

I hadn't seen a Legends slot since Brian Wilson

Honestly went in with trepidation as there are some BeeGees songs that are make my toes curl

But boy did he avoid those and remind us of some of the best ever written. Great to see him really quite moved by it all
