Wow. Never thought I’d see the day. Rare praise... hens teeth rare

Cant argue with results! They could finish 8th. One of the managers of the season. Behind Dyche and Pep.

Hes still crying into his chorizo con huevos every morning mind you, looking out the window at the pissing rain thinking of his days in Madrid before they dumped him.

Utd doing their best LFC impression today? Beat league leaders last week and lose to the bottom this week....

Mourinhos pre match interview basically called it. Lazy c**ts in training all week. Pogba out for a post win vs City haircut.

No leader in the changing room. There hasn't been one since Fergies old team broke up. And it shows. Real shrug of the shoulders walking off the pitch after losing at home to the worst team in the league and City winning the title.

Fuck’s sake Albion, where was that pride and commitment ten games ago??

New manager bounce! Pardiola was robbed of it!

Hate Rafa but wow, hats off to him. Done a bloody job for the toon. Amazing to think what he could achieve with investment?!

Also chuffed for WBA denying City the chance of an ingame title clincher. Worst way to win the league. That said, they are the ones laughing. They have outplayed everyone by a country mile this year.

What do we talk about now?

He'll start moaning about signings and he will be sacked at some stage. He was sacked by Liverpool, sacked by Inter, sacked by Chelsea, sacked by Madrid.

Ashley wants to make money. He won't sack Rafa, it'd impact the money he makes from fans too much. With Rafa we sell 50k virtually each game, if Ashley sacks him we'll probably average less than 40k, and he'll still get paid. Rafa might walk due to Ashley giving him no transfer budget, but he won't get sacked.

10k lower average attendance wont make that much an impact to the club's turnover. What's far more important is Benitez's ability to get results - keep them in the prem and generate more money through sponsorships and tv deals.
