Cockatoo at the bottom of the T&C fields is my fav personally

and I actually don't rate the cocktails in The Beat Hotel as one mojito we bought last year literally had no rum in it!!

Cool I'll be sure to check it out, shame about the beat hotel as we won't be camping too far from there but I love rum so would be very disappointed if it was being withheld

I'm sure beat hotel will be fine as most folk rate it.... but my own experience was poor

Had a great Whiskey sour from bar just down from William green too but Cockatoo firm fav.... theatre bar does decent beers too

Might give the beat hotel a go when I'm passing by will try the others too, I'm loving espresso martinis at the moment. I love a good whiskey too is there anywhere to get one or should i take my own?

Once my own supplies run out I normally drink Cider from the bus but over the last year I've become quite partial to a white russian.  Anybody know where I could get one on site or shall I bring my own ingredients and mix on site?  I know there used to be a cocktail van/bar with a bird cage on it, was that there last year?

Thanks

1. Aquire 1.5L plastic bottle.

2. Decant 1 bottle of vodka and 1 bottle of Kahlua.

3. Purchase steel cup on the farm.

4. Purchase farm fresh milk.

5. Pour and enjoy.

6. Add shot of Cafe Patron for Turbo White Russians. (Optional)

Apparently Spike bar near glade is good for espresso cocktails

with the whiskey there used to be something at acoustic bar but not sure if there now... I'd take your own just in case, plus cheaper :)

Yep second for the spike bar in the glade, fiver a cocktail and three quid a shot, sure they do jugs if I remember correctly.  Fluffy rock used to do 2 for a tenner but I think they've been taken over by someone else as they were more expensive and no where near as strong last year

I'm not experienced at all with cocktails at Glasto but i know for sure The Beat Hotel and The Spaceport sell shite cocktails. The Beat Hotel disappointed me the most as i thought Meatliquor were behind them last year and being a ML regular i know they can make decent cocktails. My advice would be to make your own.

Meat Liquor stopped doing stuff at Beat Hotel in 2011 if I remember correctly, has been Seth Troxlers restaurant Smokey Tails in recent years, the cocktail makers are paid staff sources from various drinks companies and bars who know the bar manager, when I worked in 2011 we camped with a load of blokes who were working there and were brand ambassadors for some rum companies. They had snuck some expensive wares into the staff campsite, which we decided to drink a lot of at 6am on the saturday!

Last year Fluffly Rock Cafe adjacent to the Greenpeace field was doing cocktails for £5! And they were tasty. But I think it's uncertain if the cafe will be there this year :/

No they can't be true! I love the Fluffy Rock Cafe! By morning, a fried egg bap, by night good entertainment and cocktails!
