The threat level has been "severe" for ages, so security should be tight at big events such as Glastonbury anyway. We know attacks are going to happen, so, although what happened in Manchester and London is awful, it's not surprising. Security shouldn't really need to be any different to what it has been in reaction to attacks that we know will happen...
