The secret is an 'it'. The 'thing' is that the 'it' is still a secret. 

I'd agree that only knowing a 'bit' would suggest 'it' isn't necessarily a single 'thing'

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but what about the feature that they've had on The Pyramid stage the last couple of years? Haven't heard any word of what that is going to be this year, could be something to do with that? Another Joe Rush fire-breathing sculpture?

No such fuss was made for Tame Impala last year (even if they were a last minute addition due to D'Angelo seemingly pulling out) so I don't know why she'd feel the need to bring it up this year if that was the case. If it's a sub act then surely it's gonna be something a bit special.
