Putting a picture in my sig

I don't seem to be able to get a picture into my sig, even when it's following all the correct parameters. Thinking about it, I don't think I've seen anyone with a picture in their signature. 

 

Is it working correctly, or is it just me overlooking something?

as far as I know it works, as nothing about it is changed from how the forums software makers distribute the software.

In this screenie, I've uploaded a picture and made it purposefully half the size of the parameters, and I'm still getting told it doesn't fit the guidelines. Am I doing anything wrong?

no idea, but I just tried a 50x50 pixels image and that worked OK.
