If I'd waited all that time to see Let Down and then it cut out like that I'd be so pissed off  hope the sound issues don't persist throughout - two this early in the set is enough to kill the atmosphere dead as it is.

Yeah this is definitely going to be a case of grin and bear it for the rest of the set. How can a festival spend millions of dollars on its headline acts but can't sort out the sound for them? It's been horrific.

I have to agree. A potentially amazing set severely let down by dodgy sound. Coachella's fault entirely, I'd imagine. 

Still it's making me reassess that potential ATCQ clash.

Apart from those opening 3 songs which still need rejigging, a brilliant setlist so far. The one bonus to that AMSP opening though is it'll likely thin the crowd of any real flakers and leave the more dedicated there.
