I remember it being there in 07 (my first) or 08 but I can't remember which one and could probably never place it on the site either.

Definitely existed though.

New I wasn't mad thanks old son

Glastonbury is many things to many people. For me it resets my equilibrium. The shackles of everyday life are left somewhere on the M5 on the drive down.

I describe it as my life dialysis. Seven days and I'm set with all the energy I need for the rest of the year.

Enjoyed some of these responses!

It's hard to put your finger on and describe isn't it?

I've had a go though. Started a blog and may continue it.

Knocked that up pretty quickly, might yet edit it.

Your blog is doing well, plenty of love for it on TheThingy's Twitter timeline and I see T&C have picked up on it too.

@RichardWaller it isn't the JL and you don't have rose tinted spectacles.

Those miserable b*st*rds are jealous of your positive outlook and they've taken it upon themselves to bring you down.

You should ditch them and stop them from holding you back :D

Oh no, I'm not a positive person at all! I just know what I enjoy and I don't care why I enjoy it. I went alone once in 2003 and had a great time, probably will go alone again at some point.

It kind of is the John Lewis of festivals though, dunno what it was like before 2002, never went. Has been getting increasingly middle class since then though.
