I missed out  my phone was playing up and the buttons to apply weren't working. When I finally got through all that was left was shop volunteering (and I don't work currently in an oxfam shop) and the waiting list

Fortunately, got a ticket this year but always wonder if I'd volunteer if I miss out one year.

3 shifts of 8 1/4 hours. Usually one morning, one afternoon/evening and one overnight.
