Seeing as Kendal treat information about who is on when a closely guarded secret, I thought a thread on what we do know would be useful?

I've put he source/indicator in brackets

Thursday

Franz Ferdinand (KC)

Frightened Rabbit (KC)

Friday

Stereophonics (own site)

Hotpots (own)

Saturday

Manics (process of elimination)

Brian Wilson (Liverpool Fri, Camp Best Sun)

Reverend and the Makers (tour poster)

Sunday

Frank Turner (own website)

Slaves (own site)

Callin Out Headliners *order unknown

The Coral

Loyle Carner

The Hunna

Jake Bugg is in Newcastle Thur and Cambridge Sun, so he's Fri or Sat.

Editors are at Standon Calling on Sun, or Fri or Sat for them too.

Seasick is in Cheshire on Sat, so Fri or Sun.

That's all I can fathom for the top of the bill - Tinie, Kate Nash, etc  nothing given away and haven't bothered further down as it doesn't tend to matter so much, ey?

does this mean Tinie Temper to close on the Sunday?

If that's the case then that's good for me...be able to set off home at a decent time rather than at the end of the day (unless Calling Out/Chai Wallahs have a stand out headliner)

I actually can't see anything that states Stereophonics on the Friday, there is a major hint that they're playing Sunday which makes more sense so then Tiny would be Friday ??? sorry to spoil your planned early night!

Love it when folk take the time to do this kind of work! Makes it more interesting

I used to about 6 years ago but decided I'd be more accurate putting everyone's names into a domino bag and picking em out at random for each day. Maybe the information is more concrete these days as the festivals grown a fair bit since those days

I'm inclined to believe official websites, tour posters etc.

Thursdays are  often used as a placeholder by Songkick, Bandsintown etc so sometimes misleading, but stuff like Brian Wilson being somewhere else Friday and Sunday is a pretty sure sign he's playing Saturday.

Good work sir :-)

Brian Wilson doing 3 nights in a row is ....interesting. Do we think he is subbing the Manics ?

Would have thought he would headline but maybe  he wants the shorter set time.

That will do for me for the Saturday night if he is subbing  Manics. Frank Turner finishing things off is a bit shit so soon after he headlined.

Are we sure Stereophonics are Friday?

Can't see Frank Turner headlining Sunday.....What about Jake Bugg? Reckon he could headline Sunday?

Stereophonics now (or probably always did and I scanned over it) list both Friday and Sunday either side of Saturday at Y Not so definitely could be either.

Tinie looks like Friday, he's playing Belgium on Saturday and hartlepool on Sunday according to Google.

So either Tinie subs for Stereophonics on Friday or Frank Turner subs for phonics on Sunday and Tinie closes Friday night?

Kendal Calling website confirms Frank 'Monsoon' Turner headlines on the Saturday. Coral also confirmed as headlining Sunday (Calling Out?? Really?) This would mean a Stereophonics clash!

Did the rain man also headline the Saturday last time ?

Quite surprised he's getting that slot again so soon. Especially since we all reckon he had the smallest crowd seen in that slot. Should add that the weather wouldn't have helped. 2manydjs in the tent was packed out with queues to get in.

Talking of which, Soulwax are out and about. What a booking that would be.
