He said he was close to closing in on a WH headliner a couple of days ago so I'm gonna guess it was this and they'll headlining WH one night.

They were a Bestival headliner a few years back were they not? So I doubt they would be 4th headliner/legend spot material, so unlikely to affect Diana Ross being the legend.
