She'll have to do 3 in a row then. Playing Portsmouth on the Friday with Mary Wilson and Sunday Night at the Palladium too.

Actually shes doing a Henry Kelly in August so 3 is no bother to her. At aged 75. What a road warrior!

M-Wizzle is also at the Palladium so my guess is we get either both of them or neither of them.

Fairly sure Matha was doing two gigs a day at the Fringe a couple of years back.  She'd be nuff warble-some by the end of the second set.

Pretty sure I remember Neil saying (when we thought BriWi would be there too) that the Gibbo info could mean that DiRo was a noshow.

and pretty much my thinking back then, too.

He was pretty good and the band sounded A1, but he failed to galvanise the entire field into one big party like Lionel and Dolly did.

Fair enough, w'ell see I guess but I'm pretty happy with some disco. Maybe Chic and Gibbo will do a mixed set together and have a solid 2 hour disco set

Tbf, the weather didn't help either, pretty much pissed it down during his set, and the "Mr Blue Sky" moment was never going to happen.

I didn't mind ELO. Thought they were pretty good. With the exception of Livin Thing (which I really like), the tunes are just alright, but I can't say I didn't enjoy it cos I did.

I didn't see Lionel. I went back to my tent for supplies, then got some food. By that point I could get nowhere near and decided to walk to the Glade, then wait for Future Islands to start.
