Inside Sir Tim's briefcase is not a letter triggering article 50, it in fact has an iPhone 7 with one app; Twitter. 

 

He hands it to Mr Tusk, who unlocks the phone and opens up twitter where it takes him to the Efestivals twitter account, he goes onto the draft tweets and pushes Tweet.

 

'Stand by your beds' then sends Europe and the UK into raptures.
