Didn't get past the queue till 10:03ish having queued from 9:50 but did manage to bag 4 Depeche Mode tickets. Was fully expecting them all to be sold out by then. Very happy!

Didn't get any tickets for the main events of the festival but I've got tickets for the BBC Introducing event of the festival at King Tut's at the 22nd. Hasn't been a lot of promotion for it but should be an interesting night.

I'm another unlucky person who failed to secure a Depeche Mode ticket.
If anyone out there is generous enough to sell me one at the cover price, please don't hesitate to contact me. I can meet up with you in person in Edinburgh or Glasgow, or somewhere in between.
Closer to the show date and if you find you are with a spare ticket to part with, be sure to remember this post.

Also looking for The Wedding Present at the Tramway ticket.

Thanks for reading!

How strict are the ID checks? My mates uncle got him two Depeche Mode tickets and he's planning on just borrowing his credit card to get in.

I think that should be okay.  Given it's across multiple sites I don't think the checks will end up being as thorough as 6music want or claim.

I have 4 spare tickets to 6 Sunday night at o2 Academy. Belle & Sebastian / Whitney / Julia Jackson.
I'm still going, stupidly both me & girlfriend managed to get tickets when they came on sale. So there will be no problem getting in to gig. £30 each if anyone wants???

Also have 1 spare ticket to Father John Misty / The Wedding Present / Baloji at Tramway during the day on the Sunday. £11.50

Any takers? Sunday 26th March

Any spares for Saturday afternoon at the Tramway going begging?

*May* have one spare for the Sunday afternoon, although it hasn't turned up in the envelope.

I'm still looking for one Depeche Mode ticket [see my post above, dated Feb 25]. Last minute offers welcome. I will attend the daytime performance of The Wedding Present etc so will most certainly be around in Glasgow on the day (Sunday 26th March) -- never "no show" of me for a possible meet-up (near the venue, for instance).

I got a Depeche Mode ticket last week after a friend realised he was going to a christinening down south that day.

Car Seat on the Sat and DM on the Sunday is looking like a great weekend ahead!

Sullivan95,

Many thanks for informing us of the limited re-release of the tickets for some sold-out shows. I have grabbed a JMC etc ticket, although unfortunately no Depeche Mode ticket became available this time.

Now that I will be around in Glasgow on Friday night for the JMC gig, anyone who has a DM spare ticket and is going to any of the Friday shows can meet up with me somewhere in the city centre and hand it over to me in person. Just an idea.

You should have got an email this morning, pretty much starting within 30 mins of doors opening.
