benstennis
HELP! My wife and i have tickets for Glastonbury 2017 but i stupidly missed the campervan (caravan) tickets window :-( We're too old for camping and have a touring caravan we'd hope to come in. Is there any way we can still get a campervan (caravan) ticket? And if so, how good are our chances? We're new to all of this so any friendly assistance would be great. Thanks
mandolin
Last year a small number went on sale after the balance payment date I think and then tiny numbers at random points after that. You need to keep an eye on see-tickets. Someone here will have a link to Neil's page change checker which seemed to work wonders for some. Thanks for this....are the small number after the balance payment returned tickets from people who've changed their minds or are these extras that they hold back? really worried as my wife won't go if we can't get a campervan ticket:-(

BlueDaze
My wife also wouldnt go if we didnt have the caravan... (come to think of it, neither would i tbf).. try follow that page : https://www.followthatpage.com/faq i am sure there are others too.. an alternative would have been Ashcroft Farm, which is local but the website says it is fully booked.. They are looking to use the Bath & West Showground again this year so there may well be more spaces than usual.. Good luck.! it really is good fun in the campervan fields and worth getting there early (Tuesday if poss) to experience it..
benstennis
That's what we were hoping to do, until i balls up! Think Bath & West are full too lthough i'm not sure i'd want to shuttle every day, tough enough walking up the hill at the end of a long day...! funkychick2007
Its the field with the white and red sign on the gate you can camp in tents or campervans! There is a all year round caravan and campsite very nearby! Not sure which company use the field behind but they have luxury yurt type tents in if you are curious about distance from main site.
