I can't remember what I had for dinner last night, or who our electric supplier is, but my brain remembers the important stuff!

Nope, can't keep that much info in my head. Mind you after 223 bands seen this year (and every year around 200) I think I can be excused.

Yep....had to keep a list. so I can say who I saw first this year if I took a look..but that's cheating

Beady Eye opening the other in 2013. 

Got me in the mood straight away and that's when i started to realise Glastonbury is a different kettle of fish.

Liam Gallagher opening a festival was pretty surreal compared to having Architects, or someone of that ilk, open at Leeds.

I was there for the Levellers! My first Glastonbury, and they were my first band that I purposefully went to see. We did see a couple of bands that were on before them but I can't remember who... 

It was drizzly. We made the rookie error of not being prepared for drizzsle and got really quite damp.

The Darkness, first band on the Pyramid in 2003.  This was not my finest Glastonbury moment, it must be said, but I seem to remember finding them quite funny at the time.  Possibly to do with me trying Brothers Pear for the first time though.

I think it was Roy Harper in 1981, it's all a bit hazy. Seem to remember he had a handbags at dawn scrap with Ginger Baker on stage. They knew how to do Peace & Love in them days!

I distinctly remember getting soaked whilst trying to catch The Levellers in 2008 (on the Thursday).

My first was The Darkness in 2003.

Seem to remember it being fun at the time but then I was 19 and no doubt already drunk by 11 o'clock or whenever it was they came on...
