SeeTickets IP Address BAN??

How many computers per network are you allowed to use to get glastonbury tickets? Don't want my IP address to be banned?

Had 6 Mac's on Thursday each refreshing every 2 secs, didn't get through at all,thought my IP might have been banned

Yes potentially you could have looked like a denial of service attack, I would suggest using a different IP tomorrow and using just one Mac and manually refresh.

As long as they're all separate IP's there shouldn't be a problem.  Using autorefresh tools or anything that could look like a DDOS attack by See's system could get blocked however.

6 every two seconds is 3 refreshes per second, which seems faster than a human could handle, so yeah there's a chance it'll get flagged and shut you out.

No one needs more than one device and browser, why people believe that multiple devices will help I don't know as it'll slow you down if anything.

6 computers can't really have the same IP as your router wouldn't be able to work out a route back to the originating computer. Normally your router will NAT the ip by adding a random port number to the end so it can identify the source. See then should be able to see that they are indeed seperate sources sharing a single external IP.

if they are conected to the same router they will all have the same external IP

Just in case you could clear you web browser cache and restart the browser?
