If the booking page spins out

Hi. should I be lucky enough to reach the booking page, enter reg numbers and then hit proceed to the next page and the page spins out, what would be the best thing to do?

This happened to me last year for the page never to be seen again.  Do I hit the back button and just wait or do I refresh the page?

If its spins for about a minute, I'd hit back and resubmit, which should retain your session and details. Others in this situation on hre have reported that this has worked for them.

Back and Proceed is how I have done it. Did refresh once and went to back of the queue again!

To be honest, I can't remember what I done last year as I was at the height of panic, so if the booking page does not reappear after a certain amount of time, would it be best to just refresh then?

Don't refresh - hit back. Refresh can upset the process sometimes as its trying to refresh dynamic data at that point.

Back and try again! This happened to me last night quite a few times in a row - just kept pressing backspace, resubmitting and eventually got through

Another question..if you get a white blank page from the holding page, I thought I read something about having to clear the cache? Is that correct? Thanks!

This happened to me yesterday. I hit the back button to the page where I entered the registration numbers and then proceeded from there. I did get the white page at one point but think I just went back again. I got lucky anyway and am off to Glasto

Congratulations! So it's the back button all the way. Just need to remember this at the height of panic.

Happened to me last night. "Back" and "submit". Never ever refresh. Another in our party did that and got sent back to base camp.

Be careful not to back completely out of the details page however, and back onto the front page...

Just had a word with someone else here who was getting tix yesterday and they had the issue and hit refresh which seemed to work just as well to be honest, so there may not be any difference with either method. Its really something that See and the writers of the session management software should expect, so they ought to have accommodated the action in the design.
