Broken Social playing Paris on 30th. 

Afghan Whigs playing Koko, London on 30th

Sampha is playing in Melbourne, Aus on 30th. But songkick have him playing at 8pm on the 31st at Primavera. Considering a long haul flight + some kind of jet lag I would discount him playing the Wednesday really..

Bon Iver playing in Boston, Massachusetts on 26th. Leaving a few days to get to Spain. 

Arcade Fire playing no events prior to Primavera. This is probably the most likely small show, as they could use it as a warm up for their festival run & they've announced some smaller shows thru the summer too.

I'd agree on Arcade Fire and Bon Iver as being very much possible despite their headline status.

I get there early Wednesday, so fingers crossed for then, and that it's AF (as they clash with Gas during the festival proper)

It could be at e.g. BARTS mid-afternoon on the Thursday. Capacity about 1,000. Don't see how it would interfere with the fest and they have had Thurs afternoon secret show gigs before like Interpol and Volcano Choir.

Agree Wednesday most likely day though.

Seems to be outside of the Site, but also has a separate ticket collection area.

In all the years, last year was the only year when the big pre-show was on Tuesday.

Looking at the schedule, Wednesday seems highly unlikely IMO. All three clubs have shows at night, along with the open shows at the Forum (plus the Hidden Stage).

Unless it's an Wednesday Auditori gig, the BARTS on Tuesday is perhaps the most probable scenario.

You might well be right but the BARTS and Apollo gigs are at midnight.

Don't see why they can't have a gig in the late afternoon and another at midnight.

Seems weird considering everything that's going on during Wednesday (including the DayPro concerts, if you bring up the afternoon scenario and the Hidden queues).

Taking advantage of a night off at the BARTS just like less year is more convenient, having less overlaps for both the audience and the production.
