Who's Touring Around Glastonbury 2017?

Biffy Clyro are headlining Deichbrand in Germany in July, maybe it's time for them to come back to Glasto?

Roskilde are announcing their first names tomorrow. Some well-sized US acts according to this graphic clue thing with each band's Facebook likes:

Where they say "vampires and more" has been speculated to mean Ezra and the boys. Also they have >2m likes so would fit the clue. Hope they're touring.

Pixies could be one. I expect they'll be back on the European festival circuit next summer.

It would be great news if Vampire Weekend are going to be active again next summer.

Neither interest me, but I could see 1 headlining the Other Stage. I think they'd get a decent crowd too.

Don't think I could ever see Linkin Park doing that, they headline festivals all over the world, don't think they'd have any reason to accept headlining the second stage. Blink 182 are just an atrocity

Those were the first 2 bands I ever saw live. I'd see LP for nostalgia sake if they didn't clash with anyone but I'm not sure if they would accept the sort of slots that Glastonbury would offer them. Blink were way past there best when I saw them the first time, 12 years ago according to a quick google.

Hmm the Roskilde announcement was largely disappointing in terms of acts that could do Glasto.

Angel Olsen would be fantastic tho and The Marching Church would be most welcome.

I think (hope) that SOAD are in the frame to headline the Other stage. Sure, they may headline Download, but I don't think that would necessarily rule them out of Glastonbury (unless it's billed as a UK festival exclusive or something). Radiohead, SOAD, Flaming Lips would be one HELLUVA set a of headliners!
