Got through and got tickets at 9:30.

Was trying 4 different networks, (EE 4g, O2, private proxy and Virgin Media) Virgin Media won by a country mile with no blanks and constant refreshes, the other 3 had issues.

See Tickets servers are hosted on the virgin media network which probably helps.

This worked for me thanks!  Must be legit as they knew my registration details, and the SSL cerificate still matched glastonbury.seetickets.com.
