I use this photo every year on this thread...it's one of my favourites. I don't know why. Maybe something to do with the way that the photographer has cleverly used the aperture setting to control depth of field and throw the background out of focus.

(If you look really closely you'll be able to spot the number 87)

I then rode back to southampton for a day's work.
