Not a "what would you get rid of" thread but a "what has been gotten rid of" from years past.

I'll start with two:

1) Chinese lanterns.

2) The Wednesday evening Glastonbury roar. M.I.A, for about three years I'd say.

I miss the Wednesday evening roar. It was a simple thing but used to give me goosebumps!

-" New Bands" tent (I assume Sigur Ros are not a new band!)

- Jesus Army bus (also good riddance)

- Elemental (the religion kept the crowds away, so great place for a kip and cuppa)

- The Arcadia you could dance on

- Naked people

- Travellers

- NOS

- Biodegradable tent pegs

Massive sound systems accross the campsites.

The Glade before it became a formal part of the festival.

Decent blow.

Ridge tents.

Stumbling between fields through ditches.

Queuing from the M5 to get on site.

Ticket touts.

Holes in the fence.

The CND symbol and the old pyramid stage.

Windmills.
