Judging by font size on the FB page, none of these acts will take the higher slots. So I guess there's still some bigger names to come. Almost all Barn material on Saturday and a sub or Barn headliner on Sunday at least. I'm guessing Live Nation would like to shed more light on Pukkelpop's announcement next Monday and saves their last bigger names for later this month or even March.

Whilst I'd love to believe that, there's theories like this every week so I'm not holding up hope :P

That being said - I'm still content with the lineup so far. It's still impressive :)

any fool can go on spotify .... i want someone's opinion not whatever Spotify want to tell me.......

if you aren't the man for the job don't worry :)

Spotify will tell you the most played songs, witch you can assume are the best songs...well, at least the most popular songs. I honestly thought you maybe just didn't use spotify and therefore didn't know.....

I don't know JEW that well, but these three songs were very popular back in the day....maybe someone else can help you with the rest.....

You calling people "weirdos" is one of the reason people in here don't like you. You build your own reputation and you can't blame anyone but yourself if people in here don't like you. Calm down mate and be nice, I guarantee you that peoples opinions will change and everyone will enjoy this forum more......

okay calling out to the biggest jimmy eat world fan, can the write a list of their say favourite 10-15 songs (or the best ones) as i don't have the energy to do their discography

I love Jimmy Eat World so incredibly happy they have been announced. I'll try my best to help:

I will steal you back; my best theory; let it happen; just tonight; pain; bleed american; praise chorus; sweetness; get it faster; authority song; the middle, your new aesthetic; lucky denver mint; blister and for me this is heaven. Enjoy!

Hello!

- There is always enough space for everyone to camp. The Hive camping can sell out but don't worry about it too much, it is really big and won't sell out soon. More info on regular camping to follow soon!

- Festivals attract young people but at RW there are also a lot of adults. Average age is around 30 I estimate.

- The stages end at around 1 - 2 am and after that there is nothing to do at the festival site. There is a party tent at The Hive camping though which ends at around 4am I think.

- I don't know about any fb group like that for RW, sorry.

- It's just a really well organised festival with the best lineups imo. What might seem weird to you is that there is nothing else to do besides watching bands and chilling on the grass. You come to RW for the music, not to do a lot of side activities. But don't worry, there are so many good bands that you won't even think about side activities :)

Thanks very much!

Yea there's plenty there for me to like and also new bands to discover, so that's cool. I'll have to investigate the hive over regular camping.....is the hive where you have to have pre installed tents or just a better campsite? (the 4am party tent sounds right up my street)

Pretty decent selection there, I'd chuck big casino in too. One of the best rock bands of the very late 90s/early 00s for me, but later on I could probably make 1 album out of 3 of them.

Yeah, like people who don't do drugs are bore people. Beautiful view of society you got there.
Any idea on what campsite you are?

is that what I said? Each to their own, if people don't wish to do drugs that's their prerogative and I wouldn't assume anybody was boring if they chose not to, but I tend to find people with a holy-than-thou attitude who label people 'bothersome' for being stoned to be fucking boring. I've noticed a lot of people are quite stuck up and obnoxious on this page? I do hope this isn't a representation of the festival in general!

p.s I'll be on your campsite, come say Hello ;)

So I see a lot of posts taking about pukkelpop festival. Why is that?

First,  every international act Pukkelpop will announce on Monday will be rule out for RW. Second, although its smaller and very different from RW,  its still a major festival and the biggest "threat"  for (mostly)  locals.

Pukkelpop is a wonderful festival for those considering it .

Been a couple of times, a younger audience than werchter and with that a more lively audience during bands I found.

One less day of bands though, it was cheap as chips when I went. No idea of the price now though, maybe more in line with wetchter.

200 Euros now, including train travel and free bus shuttles. Still great value for 4 days and over 200 acts...depending on who they are of course :-)

Relatively happy with this announcement, I'll be seeing JEW and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats sound pretty good on first listen.

Cant help but feel there's a couple of sub headline/other stage headliners to come, the latest poster certainly looks like there's more to come on the second row, especially for Saturday and Sunday!

I'm happy with the line up as it is, massive headliners and 20+ acts for me in total already... but I would turn down a Biffy/Foals/Kasabian etc. :D
