Yeah that's what I mean - it didn't grab people in the light - and with nothing on screens I think lots of people genuinely had no idea that they were even on stage for a bit.

From the band’s denial it seems a lot like the publishers are suing and not the Abingdon Five. If that’s the case, hopefully they show a bit of empathy and try and call off the lawsuit. After all, it was only in November when Ed seemed dismissive about accusations of Sam Smith copying Creep on the new album.
