Hi

ive never done TITP before, can anyone give any hints/tips.

I've done Glastonbury, V festival and Reading. Any comparisons with these?

ive heard there's a separate camping and arena, can you take alcohol into the main arena?

Can you leave the festival and get back in, and if you do, is there anywhere to go?

Wheres the best place to camp - are they all a really long walk to the arena? Is it also a really long walk from the car park?

Anything else anyone can suggest to help?

thanks!

There's a cartoon map on the titp website which gives you an idea about the campsite and arena, depending where you camp it can be a bit of a walk. Everything has changed again this year so no idea about car park walk either!

You can take drink into the campsite, there's also be chilled where you can pre order tenants or magners and pick up there.

the blue camping area looks to be the quieter is camp sites this year.

Enjoy!

never been to camp at strathallan before but been numourous times when it was balado.

theres a map on the website now that shows you generally where places will be.

you could leave the campsite in balado and go to your car etc but not sure if you could take your car out without paying again to get in, don't think theres anywhere to go now cause its the middle of nowhere!

can't take drink into the arena with them knowing ;)
