RH's was an arty affair with loads of effort put in, Foo Fighters' involved randomly deafening unexpecting victims, Ed couldn't be bothered to do anything interesting.. maybe the plan was to have the announcements reflect each act's music all along

Ed Sheeran is obviously big enough to headline it, but, as an act, won't he be a bit underwhelming? Hardly the kind of music that's made for closing out a huge outdoor stage.

Disagree. Whether you like him or not, this song was written for being blasted into all four corners of huge festival fields

I had one with Paddy Power and they paid out about a week after the Foos were announced.

He'll go down a storm with the huge crowd he'll attract.

I'm not a fan of the big overblown announcements, even if they are very clever, so I liked this.

If i had to go one way, I didn't really expect that one to come good. The geezer it came from defo gets some good info, but there's been some wrong'uns too, and I was thinking info of this calibre was more likely to be wrong.
