Ribbon Tower

Hi all,

This is my third Glastonbury but I have never been up the ribbon tower.

Is the Ribbon Tower open on the Wednesday?

I'm planning to propose to my girlfriend and don't fancy waiting too long for fear of getting too drunk and losing the ring! (Plus I'm not imaginative to think of any other place to do it)

I'm think it will be open barring any weather related incidents. If not do it by the cider bus!
