Once the ball got rolling this guy was super helpful, he said we should go to the ticket office to pick up our tickets and they even refunded our parking tickets!  I have to say to get to this point was difficult but there is a reason why this is not standard, we know we made a mistake and we are so grateful someone listened and thank you for the support of this thread.

So glad you got in

Met a lady on Friday while waiting for Muse, who was there by herself. She was local, and she was supposed to be there with her brother and his partner but they had accidentally thrown away/lost their tickets. They had tried everything but were told no they couldn't get in (they hadn't actually come down to the site), from the way the lady explained it their family even knew the Eavis's and even they couldn;t help. so I guess you are very lucky and struck it right and the right time with a mail that the CEO decided to action
