How far away is the Green Car Park

Hi,

I have a Green car park ticket and was wondering how long it would take to walk from there to the camp site? 

Also what time does it open? I'm planning to get there Thursday morning, will it be open at say 6am?

The car park will be open from Wednesday morning, so you'll be fine. 

Assuming the entrances are in the same places they normally are, it's a 25-30 minute walk, but probably longer with loads of gear!

That map shows the route from the car park (field next to Napier road) to the approximate normal location of green gate. It's better to use green gate unless you're camping in Red.
