Travel/Transport with Latitude Festival day ticket

I have got a day ticket for the day the National are headlining at Latitude this year. My only concern is that I'll have no way of getting home or getting anywhere really afterwards. As far as I can see the nearest station is Diss, but I haven't seen any information of late trains on during the festival or of any shuttle buses into Norwich for example. I realise I can drive and get parking with the ticket, but none of us really want to drive. Is there any way to get anywhere where we'd be able to get accommodation for the night? Thanks
