General camping questions...

Hey!

I've already got my tickets, but as its my first time at KC I was just wondering about camping.
We just have ordinary 'camping tickets' from Thursday, nothing fancy, but is there a specific area for these tickets? I recall having to give a preference on where I'd like to camp... but then that's it, is that preference recorded anywhere or can we just decide when we get there? (I know there are special upgrades etc, but I don't have any of those..)
Probably sounds like a daft question, I'm sure it will be clear when we get there but would be good to get a heads up beforehand!

Yeah like numb says its up to you where you camp, when tou state your preference when booking its just as a guide so they have an idea how many people want to camp in each area.

The closer you are to the entrance the more devastation you will experience.  If you like to get pissed and talk shite really loud all night then please stay out of the family/quiet camps. If you want to avoid pissheads talking shite too loud all night then stay away from General camping.

Yeah that makes sense! Any advice for something in the middle?? Don't want to be up and going mental all night long, but don't want to be bothering any families haha

Shire is good for you probs or maybe turn left when you get in the gate and head away from the arena. Nearer the arena is mental.
