nope. it's something Giddings hope to have happen but he said in the interview that he struggles to get in contact with Prince to actually sort it out, so i doubt it'll be happening this year. a weird idea anyway - you'd assume for it to happen they'd get Prince as a headliner performing a proper set and then have him unbilled/lower down doing the Hendrix set, as people going to see Prince will want to hear Prince songs

unless of course Prince is actually IOW's third headliner and he was just being coy about it - would explain the mystery behind who it is

He did some of them recently (last 6-7 years)

He might be a great guitarist, but when he does metal he does it badly.

Prince may or may not play the guitar well when he does his own stuff. When he thinks he's a guitar hero, it's laughable.
