Best area to stay/rent somewhere for festival

Hi, 1st time at the festival have been to many others but looking for somewhere to stay/rent that isn't far from the venue and also has stuff to do as will be there for a week.

Can someone recommend the best area to look at renting

Airbnb seems to have no places available for rent within walking distance of the festival. But I am sure there are plenty other rental websites you can look.
