LondonTom
That lineup would be very very very tempting at the Tier 1 pricing, £170 quid seems a little steep for it.

There are still 7 more districts to announce their lineups.
metalicbear
The lineup isn't anywhere near as good this year for me.
jimmyt
So, Wild West line up is out and it specifically lists Levellers there. Does this mean they're not on the Town Centre (although listed as such on the BTF website), are they playing twice or are they a sort of representative of Wild West for the Town Centre? I notice, also, that Madness are listed here as being Town Centre but are listed for the Lions Den on the BTF website.

I think it might mean things are not as they seem - or are, or we will find out when we arrive. or maybe we won't

The website, Boomtown's, is quite confusing in that it is very different to lots of stuff that is on the posters that have come out so far. I I right that you don't get times etc til you get on site. hoils
I think it's more the case that they group acts together in their genre to represent the different areas but then the bigger acts are on at Town Centre. I know last year Flogging Molly were originally down as a Wild West act but then headlined Town Centre. I was surprised they had Madness as playing Lion's Den as I thought they'd headline Town Centre. But the capacity of Lion's Den is much more than TC so maybe it's the case. krisroe
Last years initial headline announcement were the headliners for the Town Centre, which is what I assumed the first headline announcement was again this year. They also put these headliners on the line up for the districts they are representing but they only play on the Town Centre stage. I got confused by it last year so messaged Boomtown's fb page as I was hoping LTJ were playing twice, alas they didn't.
krisroe
A few acts on here are also playing Boomtown, any chance at all of Die Antwoord being announced for Boomtown or am I clutching at straws?

Big up I went for the first time last year and I can honestly say it was the best festival I've been to. The lineup was better for me last year if I'm honest but there is so much to see that doesn't present a problem for me. Some of the best bands I saw last year were ones that I wandered into. Have you been before?
