Radiohead touring in 2016

The album has to release at dawn surely? After all this dawn chorus stuff it'd be a bit 'mehh' if it came out on their site at 3pm or something. Not necessarily dawn tomorrow, but dawn at some point soon.

btw, did I tell you that I remain confident that RH will play at Worthy Farm this year?

It might be wrong of course - I can't guarantee it - but I have that confidence for good reasons. :)

is this additional information or a renewed faith in your source? or just the same as it ever was?

Neil, given what we already know and what your sources say, where do you see them fitting into the lineup?

what I've heard hasn't said where.

Some of what's been said has suggested that they might be included on the announced line-up - tho that's me reading between the lines, and might be completely wrong.

Other much looser gossip heard from another direction a long time ago has suggested they'll be included in the announcement too - tho I know Michael supposedly recently said they weren't playing, which suggests that they're unlikely to be part of the announcement if they're playing.

Quick question for everyone, I thought we had ignored stuff (like random hinting posts) on this instagram account before as it was unofficial and now their Facebook is linking to it? Or am I getting confused....

It's now verified, so this is either created a brand new one, or they went through the verification process when they were deleting all their stuff.

*continues clutching straws*

I am already made up as to a lot of bands for this year but having RH play will be the icing on the cake. Even if it is another set based around the new album, I rather enjoyed the KOL set they played last time even if others found it slightly flat.

Intriguing. My take (and admittedly I know nothing) would be a secret set somewhere. I can't see where they fit on the lineup as it stands.

Of course I am! It's exhausting though. I just want to wait and see whether they appear or not.

I heard you were playing Amnesiac all the way through. That's going to be a challenge for one man isn't it?!

If they're playing an un-announced slot, it must be on the pyramid or other surely or it'll cause utter carnage?

considering their 2011 Park set was one of the main factors in those kinds of slots being gotten rid of altogether, then yeah, you'd imagine it'd have to be on a big stage to avoid similar incidents, or as Neil said, an incredibly late night slot (although playing to a bunch of flagging people off their nuts with their jaws on the floor doesn't seem like the best way for them to do it)

They could fit in anywhere on the Pyramid really. The legends slot proved that overcrowding on the Pyramid stage isn't that much of an issue, so why not have a big fat TBA the middle of the day on Saturday or something?

I agree that putting them on a smaller stage would be a bit unwise, especially given the apparent hype around the new album/tour. The super late night slot is a great idea but it just seems a bit too wacky to happen... but then again this is Glastonbury.
