Sawdusty surfer
Postponed till new year due to the athletes' schedules. Doubt the pro skiers and boarders will be available in the new year...they will all be up mountains. As will most of the punters. A huge proportion of ticket buyers are seasonaires who meet at Freeze for a final bash before going off to work in ski resorts for the winter. My two girls being classic examples. Shame. LondonTom
Yeah bit odd this one, surely they would known the athletes schedules before announcing Chic a couple of weeks ago? I hope they manage to sort something out, it was cool having a mini festival in Winter time!
Sawdusty surfer
Now it has been cancelled. "The promoters of Freeze Big Air have announced the cancellation of this year's event. "We're very sorry to announce that we've been unable to find a viable date in the snowsports calendar for Freeze Big Air during winter 2015/16. We're therefore really disappointed to confirm Freeze Big Air will not run this season, and apologise to everybody who has made arrangements for the event. LondonTom
A shame but that was always likely! Hopefully they can get it sorted for next year.
