24 hours?! Did Neil receive some info that the first announcement was going to be tomorrow? If so I must have missed it

Yeah a guy said it's out Tuesday according to a source who's given him correct info in the past, and then Neil confirmed he'd also heard this.

Then the original guy said it's coming between 8-9am.

OK, now we know the full lineup is coming this wednesday, I'd like to see some people doing some predictions as to what they think it might look like! It'll be a fun way to speculate until then. I'll get started on mine, but it'd be good to see some others thrown around.

Wolf Alice are one too low, a mix of Beck, Glynne and Skepta probably need to come out as it's a little more likely fo TDCC to slip in and Catfish to take their spot.

Travis, BOH and Y&Y one after the other is lovely....wouldn't move regardless of TLSP clashing. The Coral, Catfish and PJ similar, but I dont see Jake Bugg playing 3rd Pyramid, more likely for JP with BMTH taking a Other sub.

Santigold is also confirmed for Saturday now.

See im not so sure about the Beck, Jake Bugg, CATB AND TDCC situation.

Oly Sykes said theyre playing the same time as coldplay. Sure that could mean theyre subbing but it fits better when theyre put on the JP imo.

Jake Bugg headlined the other stage last time he played, so i think hes much more likely in for a Pyramid slot. 3rd frm top seems about right. I dont buy this ELO 3rd frm top business. Theyre the legends. Theyre playing the legends slot which is 4th from top.

When i play around with Beck on the sunday, Bugg on T'other and bumping TDCC, it all becomes a bit too difficult to place realistically.

I think Lumineers played The Other stage last time they were there, I suspect they may get Pyramid

They said they're doing sunset on the Other. Although they did get their day wrong so maybe they have no idea. I doubt they're Pyramid, though.

Here's a thought, that pieces everything together a bit.

So information has come out from some sound engineer for Catfish and the Bottlemen that they're 3rd down Other on Sunday. More information says that Bring me the Horizon are up against Coldplay. Neil has information that says Disclosure aren't subbing Adele and therefore probably headlining Other, along with LCD Soundsystem. Some information has said that Jake Bugg is playing on Sunday. A Jazz Magazine has said that Beck is headlining a stage. This all comes together to make this.

Friday:

Pyramid: Muse, Foals, ZZ Top, Jess Glynne, Skepta, Wolf Alice, ?, Syrian National Orchestra

Other: Disclosure, Bastille, The Lumineers, Two Door Cinema Club, Frightened Rabbit, Blossoms, ?, The Coral, James

West Holts: Underworld, Rokia Traore

Park: Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Daughter, Unknown Mortal Orchesra, NAO, Wild Nothing, Gwenno

JP: Beck, Richard Hawley, Jack Garratt, Mystery Jets, Nothing But Thieves, Mura Masa, Elle King, YAK, Toy

Saturday

Pyramid: Adele, Kendrick Lamar, The Last Shadow Puppets, Madness, Travis, ?, Ezra Furman, ?

Other: New Order, Chvrches, The 1975, Years & Years, John Grant, ?, Santigold, ?, ?

West Holts: James Blake, Floating Points, Baaba Maal, Ernest Ranglin, Mbongwana Star, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Human Pyramids

Park: Charles Hazelwood & The Paraorchestra, Grimes, Mercury Rev, Kurt Vile, Vince Staples, Little Simz, NZACA Lines, Holly MacVe

JP: M83, Fatboy Slim, Parquet Courts, Band of Skulls, Alunageorge, Lapsley, MØ, Pretty Vicious, Dua Lipa

Sunday

Pyramid: Coldplay, Ellie Goulding, Jake Bugg, Jeff Lynne's ELO, Laura Mvula, Gregory Porter, ?, Burnham and Highbridge Band

Other: LCD Soundsystem, PJ Harvey, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Of Monsters & Men, Band of Horses, Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Newton Faulkner

West Holts: Earth, Wind & Fire, ?, Gary Clark Jr., Kamasi Washington, ?, ?, Quantic

Park: Bat for Lashes, Guy Garvey, St. Etienne, BEAK>, Kwabs, Hinds, Declan McKenna

JP: Bring Me The Horizon, Savages, Roisin Murphy, Mac DeMarco, Swim Deep, Augustines, Sundara Karma, Rat Boy, Tired Lion, She Drew the Gun.

The only problem with this is the fact that that on that first lineup poster, Beck is like 4th down which wouldn't suggest that he's headlining the JP stage, however they are trying to revitalize the JP stage this year so who knows what they'll be doing about it. If not, he could be headlining the West Holts, with Underworld headlining the John Peel.

Nah that thing about Beck headlining a stage means nothing imo. It was an article about Gregory Porter (I think) and then said something along the lines of "also headlining are Muse, Adele, Coldplay and Beck".

1. The use of the word "also" makes it sound like they're calling Gregory Porter a headliner, so they seemingly just don't know what a headliner is.

2. The other three mentioned are obviously Pyramid headliners. If they'd listed a few other non-Pyramid Stage headliners I'd maybe think it suggested Beck headlining a stage but as it stands I don't think it does. 3rd Pyramid for him.

I just think it makes a lot more sense for him to headline JP or WH now that new difficulties have arisen with the placement of Jake Bugg, BMTH and CATB.

Yeah I have considered him as JP headliner in light of this, but stuck with him being on Pyramid. Think I ended up with The Coral headlining JP Friday (though I'm not sure if they're big enough) and Ash doing the post-James slot.

This works pretty marvellously for me in the main, AH.

Only major spanner is putting Grimes up against FloPo as Saturday subs.

However, I really don't see Grimes as a Park act. Surely she has JPT headliner (or sub, I guess) written all over her...?
