I think it's pretty cool that Noel's doing these smaller* do's instead of sub to whoever at all the other festivals like he could do.

* - I say smaller, Victorious has a whopping capacity.

Yeah it's definitely good to see him doing smaller fests although I do think it's probably fuelled by him wanting to be at the top of bills and not underneath someone. 

Yeah, Victorious claim they're in the top 10 highest capacity festivals in the UK which is pretty crazy if true

Gutted, just seen The Hives are ruled out - 3 festivals in Europe that weekend. Hope I get to see them somewhere this year.

That sucks. I missed them last time at Glasto as I was working and I was really hoping they would be back this year. One of the most entertaining live acts in the world regardless of whether you like their music or not.

a man playing records is always a cheaper booking.

30+ years ago as a kid listening in bed late at night, Rodigan was my fav DJ. It's how I got into reggae. Nowadays I just want to punch the ego-tist in the face.

Parklife is announcing this morning. Headliners are The Chemical Brothers and Major Lazer with Ice Cube, Years and Years, Sigma, Bastille, Busta Rhymes, Jamie XX and loss more that I can't be arsed listing
