Reopening Registration Applications

This always has and always will annoy me!

There are tens/hundreds of thousands who has already registered for today who have missed out, the majority who will be trying again in hope at the re-sale.

So why do they allow the opportunity for thousands of others to join this lost, by registering between now and the resale?!

If you couldn't be bothered to register by now for the main sale, then I'm sorry but that should be it.

Imagine somebody who decides to go in February 2016, then registers and gets lucky in the resale, whilst many people will miss out again.

This is just a moan as I didn't manage to get tickets this morning, but hoping a mini rant will help ease the pain (although it won't!).

People's circumstances change. There will be those who are now able to go for whatever reason and weren't before. It's not fair to assume that everyone who wasn't registered by the main sale doesn't deserve to go.

I think I get what you're saying. Fortunately, lucky this morning so tickets secured for 2016 .... but, hearing people say it's easier in the resale etc makes me wonder if some people might almost wait until the resale before they even try for tickets (possibly these are the bucket list Glasto goers?) and therefore registration is not high on their list before Christmas.

Hope you're right and the resale is as 'easy' as people are saying ... I've never had to go through the process before.

My issue with the application remaining open is if say, Radiohead, are announced as one of the headliners in December, then thousands of Radiohead fans can in theory register and have an equal chance as all us who missed out today in the resale - even though they only want to go to see one band.

I get what you are saying, but I think the amount of people not already registered for the main sale who will the register and wait all the way until the resale in April will be very, very small.
