So bad. I just want it to be a bit less embarrassing because of emotional attachment of finding all the new stuff in there as a teen. Sadly, it's reaching new lows all the time. It's the Bloc Party of music publications.

Yup. I mean, how much effort is needed to see if there's really lemons going up? I haven't been able to reach a firm conclusion about Leeds, even, but i've been able to see there's not actually any believable claims for Reading, and that wasn't hard to see.

That's a bit of a downgrade from stadiums. And they won't be playing R&L with those dates just being announced.

They're playing Wembley Stadium and Hampden Park as well tbf. Don't think bands play Elland Road anymore anyway; least not until Leeds win the Premier League and Kaiser Chiefs do a celebratory gig.

I'd was gonna say that it would have been odd having a band where three out of four members are Man United fans playing Elland Road, but then they played the Etihad last year to be fair.

And Leeds are edging just that bit closer this season. ;)

Haha, Ian Brown defo wanted a lot of money to pay that! The only way I'd step inside the Etihad for that gig it if I hadn't seen them yet!

LCD have just been ruled out of Latitude after being announced for a US festival the same weekend; what do people reckon the chances are of them popping up at R&L?

I would say the odds seem that good as they apparently got a tiny crowd at TITP this year, although I wouldn't rule it out either,.

Seems like there's plenty acts that would suit the current demographic a lot more that they could book in similar slots for next year.
