Chairs in the arena

Hi folks!

 

It's a few years since I last went to Leeds Festival, so I'm hoping some kind person might be able to help me with this question. Are there normally stalls in the arena where you can buy cheapish fold-up chairs? Just for sitting on towards the back of the crowd earlier in the day. I know this was the case last time I went, but things could have changed.

 

I have tried e-mailing Festival Republic and they've told me I'm not allowed to take my own chair in (fair enough) but also that no-one in the arena will be selling them. That seems a bit odd based on previous experience.

Never noticed anywhere selling them last year. Probably cos they are lethal in the dark field. You used to be able to buy them in the arena though.

I seen a good few on fire in the arena last year on the Sunday.

People with chairs should be set on fire. It would be marginally less dangerous for the rest of us.
