First day back and thump back too earth after a great couple weeks off with that little festival in the middle!!

Was a sobering moment, setting my alarm for the first time in a fortnight!

Back tonight, had 17 days off in total, with the festival in the middle.  Fully recovered and ready to get back into the pattern for nights.

I am back at work this morning after doing the Glastonbury - Roskilde double. Getting a bit old for this sort of nonsense, but boy it was fun!

Glad it's not just me then! Having to be responsible and good too as I'm covering for the position above for six weeks as of today. Just keep thinking of running away!

Me too!  The extra day off I had this year doesn't seem to have helped at all.  I think it's the hot weather meaning it's harder to catch up on lost sleep.

First day back today for me too. It's quite horrible. Getting up was a challenge. 

 

I don't usually feel resentment to having to work but today I really do.
