I am thinking about Worthy View time, but i hear it's quiet which worries me , as my friends and I are  not quiet , would that be an issue? up till all hours chatting total bollox.

We stayed in the bell tents near the back a couple of years ago and judging by the vibe I'd say late night noise might not go down too well. Might be a different story in another part however.

There is definitely a "sush policy", but don't know how well it is enforced.

I think they keep a row of scout tents free right at the back of Worthy View, as I know people this year who moved as at first they were very close the noise of the 24hr café and generators ect.

It's 1am-7am you have to be quiet, so just stay out one more hour and you'll be fine.

Although I have to admit that if I was woken up at 7am there would be words exchanged...

would them words be, " can i join your party ? i have supplies"

this year didn't normally get back till around 6 am , so that would be ok ... right?

I would assume that it's full of people who don't know how earplugs work, and just stay quiet. Heck I've been sssshhh'd in the main site, it's only going to be far worse in the place full of people who don't want to camp with the common folk.

In all fairness one of its selling points is its quietness, it isn't sold as a place to party into the small hours. If that's your intention then it probably isn't for you.

Last year we had scout tent near to entrance to cafes etc was noiser due to people arriving at all times but not an issue and never heard anyone getting shussed.  This year God knows y luck of draw we ended up in the single row of scout tents right at the very back of site . Was a lot quieter.  But I don't expect people to have to be quiet it's a festival with a huge no of people so go with the flow .

A lovely guy who is a long  standing WV crew member is seriously ill at the moment. Our family have known him for years.

There is a crowd funding thing going on to help out. If anyone can spare anything, even a couple of quit, it would be hugely appreciated. Details below.
