Had campervan east ticket but got put in west

Anyone else have this,we arrived Thursday 6ish and got directed straight to west and the stewards were being very coy about it,was east full up by then,did they over book?

Didn't happento us but we was there 2pm on Tuesday. Arriving two days after the fields open is certainly going to give you less options. Also the space between campervans did seem to vary quite a lot. So it is possible they filled East quicker than they planned

We passed a steward telling someone trying to find a spot that everywhere was full in the east fields on thursday, so its certainly possible they started redirecting to west.

 

Although there were actually a few decent sized gaps for smaller vans in E19 when we walked through it all weekend.
