So after Glastonbury who do you now have as a must-see (and wish was there but isn't)?

Future Islands was deliciously sublime but at least seeing them there will make missing the end for Mac DeMarco at end of the road easier.

Missed Sleaford Mods, East India Youth and half of Django Django safe in the knowledge I would get to see them again come September.

I echo the Father John Misty sentiment, though I have Green Man for that. The same can be applied for Courtney Barnett and Super Furry Animals in terms of end of the road-esque acts. Lots of other impressive acts have also recently played end of the road - Patti Smith, Belle and Sebastian, Caribou - so I guess it was just my fault for missing so many until last year!

Having been so impressed by the likes of Run the Jewels, Young Fathers and The Cribs though, I do wish End of the Road would begin to stretch out of their comfort zone a bit more next year.

I was quite impressed with Django Django's set, and they are now on my list of "to see" along with Sleaford Mods, I already had East India Youth down to see.

Not particularly bothered about Future Islands, they don't really do it for, but that is just my opinion.

Having anticipated it would be one man and his guitar, the news that Ryley Walker is playing with a full band, this being the band he's touring with in the States, is rather exciting.

Especially if its the one that plays with him on his latest album

Talking of bands, saw this interesting Tweet the other day. I don't know who "Thom" is, but I'm intrigued by the "all-star band" thing. I'd have been see PMB anyway, but this makes it sound even more interesting.

Thom
...I'll be playing with the fantastic Peter Matthew Bauer (from The Walkmen) in a rather excellent all-star band. #eotr

Caribou. They are so good live. Also would have liked Jon Hopkins , flying lotus.

Saw them on West Holts - they played Can't Live Without You as the sun set - just one of those magical festival moments
