Shooting star?

quick one? Anyone see the meteor/shooting star go over the pyramid stage during Pharrell's set which was still daylight? I'd have thought I was tripping if a couple of others around me hadn't seen it too.

Hey, yes yes yes I did!!! I was on my own watching him and had no one around to ask if I was seeing things. So pleased I found someone else who saw it. I've googled it and nothing came up with all those people there !!!

Didn't see the shooting star but i did see the fighter jet go over on thursday. WOW! 

 

Im sure the last two years its come over on the wednesday.

my cousin was convinced he saw jupiter/venus over the festival.

However, the highlight had to the parachutist who landed and was allowed to stay in the festival!!

I think everyone must have heard that. I reckon that was the government making its presence known.

Yep Venus and Jupiter were very bright over the festival on Friday early evening around twilight. Venus was the bright one.

Yes I saw the meteor too. I was sitting on the grass in Glebeland and saw it travel west in the direction of the Pyramid. First time I've seen one in daylight - and what a place to see it! Thanks for posting about this, I did wonder if anyone else had seen it. You'd think there'd be more than 5 of us in a crowd of 200,000+ !

the fighter jet was MAMMOTH! We were walking through PGA at the time and WHOOOOOOOOSH!

Saw it - but had been partaking somewhat so had assumed it had more to do with that.

Fighter jet yes!! I was watching the yoga in healing fields. Think it was an F16 Falcon.
