It was OK.. Nothing special in my opinion. The best Pyramid headliner of the festival was Florence I reckon, but I feel she should have been lower down the bill. Not a great year for Pyramid headliners but the rest of the festival was Great!

They did what they do and it was good, didn’t really push the boat out to do anything special, clearly just another gig to them. Great band, poor booking.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, but was disappointed that they did a bit of a shortened set despite being given an extra half hour - 15 mins late, skipped I can't explain, finished 5 mins early and spent the last 5 mins of that saying thanks! If they'd been punctual and played their whole slot, or even overran like Kanye, it'd have been even better.

I got there after Death Cab in time for The Seeker, it sounded awful so I quickly left to see the far superior Flying Lotus. Don't know why I ever planned on seeing them.

They couldn't get the crowd going for me, and it was just going through the motions.

 

I think macca, Springsteen are defined as 'Legends' in their genre, and put on a great show, i found The Who to be a bit, I don't know, a bit dross. No Doubt they can still play, i just found it pretentiously boring.

 

Each to their own though, but the final 30 mins of the chems i saw, was awesome!

Thought they were "ok".  Not a classic by any means but they did a job and certainly way better than Kanye West.  Not even on the same planet.

 

I would say 7/10.

 

For the record I would give Florence the same, and Kanye 2/10
