Going alone. Anyone have any tips or want to join me?

Im a 16 year old guy and since I've booked late, the mates i would usually go with have made plans with people i either don't know or don't like. I really want to see Kasabian and theyre my main reason for going. Can anyone give me any tips on meeting people there or does anyone (around the same age bracket) want to come with me?

Im not going this year, but I went for the past 2 years and from my experience, you should be able to meet a few people if you want and try to. If you are camping, you should be able to meet people round your tent. As for in the festival site, you might meet people as you are walking into the site. I dont really have any other advice for meeting people, but I am sure people will give bad reviews about the crowd and the type of people that go to V, but if you dont want to mix with the piss throwers or NOS takers, you dont have to
